Hi, I’m Suzanah. I am based in beautiful North Wales. I work with people who are deeply sensitive, thoughtful, and often inwardly busy. People who have spent much of their lives trying to feel safe, settled, and at ease in the world. I also support those who are carrying the weight of past trauma, offering a gentle space to acknowledge and begin to heal old wounds at a pace that feels right for them. Many of the people who find their way here have tried to understand themselves through thinking, analysing, or self-improvement. They are intelligent, capable, and caring, yet still feel unsettled, anxious, or quietly exhausted inside. This work offers a gentle approach to finding your equilibrium in a fast-paced world, while slowly building a life that works for you.
How I came to this work
For much of my life, I experienced the world intensely. I was sensitive, easily hurt, deeply reflective, and often anxious. I learned early on to adapt, to please, and to look outside myself for answers.
Like many people, I tried to think my way into feeling better through study, achievement, understanding, and striving. I studied psychology and social sciences at degree level, worked in demanding professional environments, and later qualified in and practised law for many years. While I achieved a great deal, peace didn’t come from effort and output.
What ultimately changed things for me was learning how to work with my nervous system rather than against it. Discovering EFT (tapping), Matrix Reimprinting, and later Havening was not about fixing myself; it was about learning how to feel safe enough to be myself and help my clients gently identify and release patterns that no longer serve them. This is what I can speak to through lived experience and finding solutions that helped me.
Over time, my relationship with sensitivity has changed and I have come to understand that what I had once experienced as a problem was actually a form of deep attunement and a beautiful way to experience this world, once you understand it.
How I work
My work is calm, relational, and paced. I use gentle, body-aware approaches; however, techniques are never forced or applied mechanically. What matters most is how safe, met, and regulated you feel while we work together.
I am not the kind of coach who pushes or sets unrealistic goals. That simply would not help for the kind of people I work with. Instead, I gently facilitate nuanced and lasting change, that makes life sustainable and joyful again. Together, we slow things down, notice what your system is holding, and allow patterns to soften naturally, without pressure to change who you are.
I’m especially drawn to working with:
- sensitive and empathic people
- those living with anxiety, stress, or long-held patterns
- people navigating identity shifts or life transitions
- those who feel “capable on the outside, unsettled on the inside”
- people navigating experiences of past trauma
